Our mission is to make available the power and flexibility of the internet to millions of: Women and men who for different reasons are not in a position to take up full-time employment outside their homes, but are willing to work from home Self-employed professionals working from their homes or personal offices Early-retired professionals who wish to work on an independent basis Part-time and contract workers Qualified and skilled professionals who as a consequence of a physical disability are not in a position to undertake full-time jobs outside their homes but are quite capable of working from home Within the constraints of the traditional recruitment methods, professionals belonging to the above groups are unable to effectively promote their skills and work experience on the job market. We have recognised that only with the use of the internet would it be possible to offer such groups the opportunity of presenting their skills and individual capabilities directly to employers.
